1. General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the 333db platform and its users ("User" or "you"). By accessing the 333db website or using any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details accurately. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

333db operates with a focus on players in Bangladesh. Users from regions or countries where online gaming is legally prohibited are not eligible to use this platform. Users are responsible for confirming that using this service is lawful from their location.

3. Account Security & Verification

3.1 Password & Login Security

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time the platform considers it necessary, 333db may request one or more of the following documents to verify a user's identity:

• A screenshot or document proving ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be held until KYC documents are verified. Submitting false documents will result in the account being permanently closed.

3.3 Account Sharing Prohibited

Sharing an account with another person, using it for commercial purposes, or operating it on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 333db platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits can be made through the following methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Standard withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if a security check or additional KYC is required.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies may be converted at the platform's discretion.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000 → you receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance becomes ৳2,000
• If you deposit ৳32,000 → you receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance becomes ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be used at the same time will be stated in the specific terms of each offer.
• 333db reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

333db offers four VIP tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Higher tiers can be reached through regular active play. Cashback is calculated each week using the method determined by 333db.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

6.2 Bet Amounts

• Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly by creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to hack or manipulate game software
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain a gaming advantage
• Attempting to harm the platform through chargebacks or payment fraud
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users
• Attempting unauthorised access to servers or networks
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources into the platform

8. Responsible Gaming

333db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of key provisions of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Extended period of inactivity
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities

Any valid withdrawal pending at the time of account closure will be completed. The remaining actual balance, excluding forfeited bonuses or penalties, may be returned.

13. Dispute Resolution
